In order to support the launch of a new and disruptive product, we elected to build a new brand image. This was executed by sourcing and engaging a creative agency that could capture our vision. This was further supported with branding guidelines and defined value proposition statements.

It was important to be able to communicate how the product functioned before we had product in hand. We did this by sourcing an artist that could illustrate the components of the system.

Because the innovation was actually quite simple, we felt it was necessary to support the product with a characterization that illustrated the products core attributes of being innovative, smart, fast, and strong. This was accomplished by sourcing an artist through a creative agency and working through multiple variations of concepts and designs.

Sample boxes were assembled using individual product samples, constructed product samples, a mini fan-fold brochure, and USP jump drive with all of the pertinent information, then shipped to over 90 sales reps.

Various online and onsite launch events were executed, including three large industry trade shows, with overwhelming success. To support the onsite launches, the company's sales team were armed with custom designed t-shirts, samples, and product information. Combining the online and onsite events, more than 1000 personal new contacts were made to targeted audiences.
